Alexis’ Profile

Alexis has over 20 years of extensive experience as a physiotherapist, working in both Singapore and the United States. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Her international career has spanned various settings, including private and regional hospitals, clinics, community rehabilitation centers, and home therapy services.

Alexis is particularly passionate about post-operative rehabilitation and the treatment of sports injuries, neck pain, ankle sprains, and elbow tendinopathies. Believing that every individual’s recovery journey is unique, she employs a comprehensive approach that includes manual therapy, rehabilitative exercises, dry needling, kinesio taping, and electrophysical modalities to address her clients’ needs. She is dedicated in helping her clients safely and swiftly return to their favorite activities, while equipping them with the knowledge and skills to prevent future injuries.
