Bernard’s Profile

Bernard is a highly experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with more than a decade of clinical expertise in his field. He specializes in the management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions with special interests in spinal pain, hip & knee conditions (e.g. OA, sprain injury, tendonitis) and jaw pain/TMJ issues.

Being awarded the prestigious MOHH healthcare scholarship, Bernard earned his Physiotherapy Degree with University Merit Award from the University of South Australia where he began his earlier professional journey in a major hospital in Singapore that provides specialist care for adults and children.

Having amassed a wide range of clinical experience across various healthcare settings, he has gained an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience in managing various painful movement dysfunctions.

Bernard’s treatment approach is always tailored to his client's unique needs and can involve hands-on treatment, postural/movement facilitation, breathing, electrophysical modalities and therapeutic exercises/ sports-specific training.

He is well equipped with a diverse range of therapeutic skill-sets and is passionate about staying relevant with continuing education to ensure his clients benefit from the most current and effective treatment methods available.
